I am usually the one with sangfroid from my family. I am panicking inside but I can handle difficult situations with more composure than my kin xD.
I think one time that I’ve shown sangfroid was when I took the last bus from where I was to the bus terminal, only to realize that I had taken the wrong direction. I got off the bus and panicked inside but then called a taxi and arrived two minutes before the bus departed. All this at almost midnight. Crazy times.
