When translating for IU Group, there is a section where medications are listed. This section seems like a preference when working a PO. Depending on the assigned TR, a different style for medication descriptions have been used.

As you can see all were translated by a different style, so the recommendation is: choose one version for the entire list, the MT plug-in is leaving a mixed up style for this section. By doing so, the structure would be more consistent for the readers.
