When working on Phrase for any PO, you can come across with numbers related to ages, percentages, figures, dates or any other type.
On the upper right side of Phrase, you will always see the same number when working on the PO. This is because that number is on the ST you are reviewing which is displaying the same number for other entries stored in the TM. It does not mean that those previous entries are wrong, it it just the design of Phrase.
