To ensure clarity, begin each feedback comment with the word “FEEDBACK,” followed by the error category and a brief description of the correction implemented. This approach will assist our management team in distinguishing feedback comments and evaluating errors in the translator scorecard.
There are different LQA models, but you must refer to the LISA Model when identifying errors. Here are the LISA Model categories:
Accuracy: addition, omission, cross-references
Consistency
Country: country standards, local suitability, company standards
Language: spelling, punctuation, grammar, semantics
Mistranslation
Style: language variants/slang, general style, register/tone
Terminology: context, glossary adherence
